Hi Im having a problem with my djgpp compiler.  I bought a book called sams 
teach yourself c++ in 24 hours and I took the basic hello world program and 
can not get it to work.  What Ive done is I used notepad to make the program 
text.  Then I changed the extension to .cpp.  So my file name is now 
hello.cpp.  Then I use rhide and open the file.  Then I hit run and it gives 
me the error:  "undefined reference to main"
