I tried to search the DJGPP website for the following items:

I need the documentation  to the   AR.exe  utility,
is this standalone or inside some other file?

I want DIFF.exe and its Documentation, where exactly do I find it
for DJGPP ?

The utilities I need must be compatible with GNU CC version 2.8.0.

I thought there was an old Windows help file and FAQs that had this
information... I seemed to have forgotten about them.
