Interesting. I'm usually pretty good about reading documentation (especially before asking for help). I'm one of the only people I know who actually reads license agreements. After searching the mail archives at http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/mail-archives/, I tried building a library from a windows .dll using makelib. This had been recommended as a solution to a problem similar to mine.
