Since the only time I've really seen /dev/zero used is in dd, I will
prototype it using dd. I guess that would make Damian happy. ;) I may even
write /dev/null too, while I'm doing an FSEXT.

For those who don't know, I'm in the middle of porting Fileutils 4.0.
There's an alpha available here:

I've been using it for a while and it seems to work OK with long filenames
under Windows '98 SE. I hope to have a beta out early next year. If people
could test it out with short filenames, I'd be grateful, since I don't
usually use DJGPP with SFNs.
