The good news: Programs to read and write many CP/M disk
formats on DOS machines do in fact exist, and I used them myself
when I retired my own much-beloved Kaypro 4 some years ago.
The bad news: I no longer remember where I got them ...
Clues to help your search: One, try the comp.os.cpm
newsgroup; there used to be lots of folks there who did this
sort of thing regularly. Two, try the SimTel archives at
http://www.simtel.net/simtel.net/
... and good luck!
