Actually, there is nothing wrong with the program. It was my mistake...
:)
The problem is that I didn't know that RCS and other configuration
management
software needed the diff*.zip files to run. The error 'diff - Unknown
signal' was given
because the diff.exe file could not be found. I should read the faq more
carefully... :)
But the documentation for the RCS is not exactly brilliant though....
