In the v2gnu directory where you found DJGPP, you can also find GNU
indent. For example:
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/public:/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/ind191s.zip
I personally use BSD indent with options equivalent to:
indent -bl -i4 -bli0 -nce
