There is a bug in some x86 implementations on the use of fs/gs - Prashant sent me a fix to work around this. I also tweaked the A20 handling to fix some bugs seen when the A20 change didn't "stick". I'm glad that r5 fixed your problems. I recommend that everyone upgrade to r5 at their convenience. r5 fixes several bugs and there are no known new bugs.
