Hi! I have to develope an embbed mp3/audio cd-player (DJGPP/ALLEGRO/libamp) with LCD and Infrared Receiver for the last year in school! The LCD wasn't a problem, but the IR is a big. Does somebody know a circuit which can be connect onto COM1, so I can use it in the mp3 player instead of the keyboard? Is there a free/GPL/... code somewhere? I found only a TSR which needs a circuit with a PIC but I would like to develope a mp3 player which is absolutly free or under GPL! Thanks for any help!!
