Emacs 21 entered pretest, pending the realeas of version 21.1.

The DJGPP-specific changes in this version include support for 
mouse-sensitive text (parts of text are highlighted when you move the 
mouse across them), help echo for menu items and widgets (displayed in 
the echo area), and many other small changes, too numerous to mention 
here.

I welcome people who want to make the DJGPP port better and more stable 
to participate in the pretest.  People who are interested please mail me 
privately for the details.
