__dj_movedata and __builtin_delete are indeed part of the library, but
it's your program that causes the crash. In the first case, you
probably pass an invalid pointer tp the copy_trivial function, and in
the second case your code somehow either overwrote one of the
allocated buffers or freed the same storage more than once. See
sections 12.2 and 9.2 of the DJGPP FAQ for more details about these
problems.

See section 12.2 of the FAQ. Unless you post some of the source code
that is involved in these crashes, no one can tell you anything more
useful.
