This should not normally be a problem for DJGPP programs, because they
use TMPDIR in preference to TMP and TEMP (and sometimes exclusively).
So, unless Windows 2000 also changes TMPDIR behind the program's back,
DJGPP programs should be okay.

Of course, it's terribly nasty on W2K's part to change TEMP behind
program's back...
