Send the contents of the file environ.txt here.

> has the correct paths such as set path=c:\dgjpp\bin;%path%

Note that there's a typo in the name dgjpp: it should be djgpp
instead.  Perhaps you have that typo in the definition of the DJGPP
variable as well.  The file environ.txt will show that.
