I'm using Allegro 3.12

I also have a system with an ATI-All-in-Wonder Video Capture/TV_OUT
card on it....

When in ATI  TV_OUT mode, the Allegro 3.12 is INCAPABLE of producing
audio out (playing wave files does NOT work)...

My normal windows sounds (wave, etc) work fine provided Allegro 3.12
is NOT running WHILE IN ATI TV_OUT
mode....

Can someone help me understand what the problem might be?

Is this an Allegro 3.12 Wave / Windows-95 compatibility problem
or what?
