200 lines/second? That's terribly slow for a 133-MHz machine. I'd
expect about 800.

I doubt if you could get a much faster compilation, unless the Windows
setup is somehow misconfigured.

Get csdpmi5b.zip from the v2misc directory on any DJGPP site.

As I told, I don't understand why do you see such a slow speed. It
should be much higher.
