Perhaps there's some bug (or feature ;-) in CWSDPMI that prevents the
last page from being accessed.  Or maybe some other device takes up
the last page.

Charles Sandmann, the author of CWSDPMI, posted here a couple of days
ago a URL for the beta release of the next CWSDPMI version.  Perhaps
you could download that version and see if that solves the problem
with the last page.
