I'm trying to build binutils 2.95.1 from bnu2951s.zip. I have all the
required tools (as stated in the readme).

I'm on some strange version of NT 4, so no LFNs but the readme says it
should work anyway.

But I get:

make.exe[1]: Entering directory `y:/members/eplmst/djgpp/gnu/binutl-2.951/libibert'
make.exe[1]: *** [config.h] Error -1
make.exe[1]: Leaving directory `y:/members/eplmst/djgpp/gnu/binutl-2.951/libibert'
make.exe: *** [all-libiberty] Error 2

And there surely isn't a config.h file in the libibert directory. And
there isn't one in the .ZIP either. 

What now?
