Hello. I have a question about WinAllegro. From what I've seen it's really
only used for making DOS programs, with the only difference being it gets a
cute little Windows icon. What I'm trying to do is write a 3D modeling
program, and have started doing it in DJGPP. I'd like it to be
Windows-based, but can I use the Allegro functions on bitmaps in that way? I
really like the 3D functions in Allegro, and if I can't access them in VC++
I'll just make it DOS-based. Or I could just take the 3D functions right out
of Allegro's source code and modify them, no? Anyway, could anyone tell me
the best approach for this? Can I use Allegro functions in VC++
sprite/tilemap/3d model editing programs? Or should I stick to DOS with
Allegro GUI's?
