Thanks for the information about make the manifest file.

About the DSM file, it's great but it seems difficult, so I will put it
in my to-do list.

Another question, for the binary netpbm disribution, what is the right
place for programs and manual pages? /djgpp/bin and /djgpp/man or
/djgpp/contrib/netpbm98/bin and /djgpp/contrib/netpbm98/man?
There are 222 program files and manual pages in NetPbm! (most of then
links to 4 big merged binaries for the DJGPP implementation)
