Get the standalone editor (SETEdit v0.4.41) and use the "Tool&Ops|Export as HTML
..." option, you'll get a quite WYSIWYG result in HTML format. It not only works
for C++ but also for all the syntax highlight modes supported by the editor. Of
course you'll need a program that prints HTML decently.
