quotes (when written on paper by a human usually the open quote leans
outwards sort of like a tiny backslash, and the close quote goes the other
way, and if you see particularly flambouyant handwriting, the open one will
look like a little 6 with the circle at the bottom filled in, and the close
one ill look like a little 9, again penned in as with the 6)
