It'll be cracked for purposes of running make -> gcc -> cpp as soon
as someone builds a Cygwin or MinGW hosted cross-DJGPP.  Cracked in
general?  Not likely.  That's one of the 65,535 bugs in Windows 2000
that DOS programs can't just patch around.

I wonder what the procedure to submit a bug report to Microsoft is?
