Hello guys how are you. I wanted to post a challenge to all the people out
there. I have a website which has a voice chat in it. People from all around
the world come in there to voice chat. Howevere some bad people misuse the
room and make it look bad by swearing, fighting and doing all sort of bad
stuff. This needs to be stopped using a banning system, that can kick them
out and block them using IP based approach.

A friend of mine suggested this and it might help you get started:

"Why keep the voice chat browser based? Implementing a Kick/Ban system is so
much easier when using an executable based language such as visual basicsor
with the help of CGI. . There will be a client side where people must
connect. When the person connects to the server, it will load the voice chat
for them and they will be able to chose different rooms. This can stay HTML
based by implementing what we call the MSIE Internet Control which call up
the webpage on connection. The server side, which will be controlled by a
site admin will list ALL the people who have connected. If a report is made
of an abusing user, you can kick/ban him instantly.

I have asked some programmers and they couldn't do it as if this is a very
hard task which is not really hard even though it might seem hard at first.
Some people have alreday done it but they wont tell how they did it.
