It was in 3.1; I used it in early versions of freepuzzlearena.  It's
still in 3.9.32/33, the latest version.  (.33 is the latest but it
breaks "common dll for mingw and m$vc compiled allegro programs"
support; I'll use .32 until .34 fixes this).
