That would be a good idea for all3932 (latest Allegro) also, as it is
essentially 4.0. It has been stable for months. It would be a good
idea to offer it in addition to 3.11 as 3.9.32 includes a load of new
features such as cross-platform support (useful to those who also use
MinGW, RSXNTDJ, or Linux), Unicode support, more GUI objects, and
optimizations up the
