Since you can't merely tack the COFF image after the EXE code like we do
in DJGPP (there is Win32 stuff there) you have some modifications to do.
I am not current on any of this - the last time I worked on it was in 
1995.  You might be able to use the stub with the exe link functionality
(which points you to another DJGPP image).
