Sure? I always thought that access via old-style (as in 'feels like
CP/M') FCB functions would allow to access the inner contents of
directories, too? I.e. open the parent directory via FCB, find the
entry for the directory you want to 'touch', and change its time stamp
manually.
OTOH, FCB functions would also require volume locking, probably, so
this wouldn't be a big win, anyway... and you'ld have to do your own
LFN handling. I.e. it's a nightmare waiting to get you.
