Hi, Im kind of new to djgpp in general so forgive my ignorance, but I was wandering if there was a way to directly access the hard drives to make the actuator move to a specific track.. It'd also be nice to find out how many tracks are on a given hard drive and how many hard drives there are. Im guessing this will have to be done using some inline assembly or someething but I have no idea how to go about doing that. I'm hopeing to build an amateur laser light show :) Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks kvcurtis AT iland DOT net
