I really wonder how you came to the conclusion that this might be a
*linking* error, as stated in your "Subject:" line. This clearly is a
problem with an include file, i.e. a compilation or even more
precisely a preprocessing problem.

You'll find the answer to your question in the FAQ, but in a nutshell:
you used the wrong type of unzipper for your version of Windows
platform (which seems to be NT).
