I've been on the Internet since about 1984, and I've never heard of
this. Don't do it, it's rude. If you are asking a simple question,
the subject should be a word or two relevent to your question (like
"question about strcmp"), and put the question in the body. That way,
mail programs can properly quote the original question when replying.
Never rely on the subject to be the message.
