I don't know how to make it any clearer than I did in section 12.2. I hope you read it; if not, please do. If the description there doesn't explain how to hunt for the bug(s) in your code, then I really don't know what would. It's like you'd be asking for a tutorial ``How to prevent bugs from happenning''--no one can tell you this.
