Well I think it would be better to let windoze manage this by itself (one
of the few things that it seems to be doing reasonably ;) ..unless you
have any reasons for it not to do so.
If you want a answer for the above question it would depend upon the
windoze version you are running (win2k requires more memory than
win 9x for a given memory size) and how much RAM you have installed on
your computer.
For example if you have 64 MB RAM with win9x installed I think you would
be fairly safe with a 100M swapfile...
