Can someone please post (or email me) detailed instructions on how to
compile rhide 1.4.7.5. I have setedit 0.4.41, tvision 1.0.10, gdb 4.18, and
everything else needed to compile it but I'm still getting errors: "no rule
to make c:/djgpp/lib/djgpp.ver" (I've made a null file and compile
continues...) "libgdb.h. No such file or directory (ENOENT)". If you think I
missed some packages, please include a list of them together with the url to
get them (simtel seams to be a little outdated)
