Hi. Thanks to Florian, I have searched a bit for an online
reference to DR-DOS (ex-"Open"DOS) multitasking API. The only
track that seem to remain is this mirror:

You'll find the full DOS user guide, complete multitasking API
(among others a 350KB HTML page with full function description),
DPMS API, ROMming instructions, power management.

For those who are interested, I have copied the site.
It holds in 860KB zipped file space.
