DJGPP.ENV does not set RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS.f, it sets RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.f.

I was pointing out this difference as a possible reason for the fact that
DJGPP.ENV does not solve your problem.  I don't know enough about RHIDE to
tell if the addition of _DJGPP is significant or not.  I do know that this 
variable was added to DJGPP.ENV because RHIDE missed it at some point, 
and the error messages that produced were exactly as those you reported.
