There are some drivers that adds possibility to use LFN for DJGPP
programs on NT. Search DJGPP FAQ and mailing list archives for more
info. But You are on Your own as I don't know whether You'll be able
to build gcc under NT even then.

I myself prefer to build native compiler for DJGPP under Linux (using
cross-compiler) ....
