thanks for your help. 
The compiled example porgram from allegro, works, but when i load it in rhide
to re-compile and run it, i get the exit code 255.

Nut i found out that this error even occurs when i run a program which only has
1 printf ("Hello world") instruktion.

PS: My ATI Rage AGP - card has 32 MB
