Iostream manipulators are not yet fully implemented in the C++ library used by GCC. DJGPP does not provide the C++ library implementation, instead you should report problems to gcc-bugs AT gcc DOT gnu DOT org where hopefully you will get an idea of if/when this will be fixed and suggestions for workarounds.
