You have forgotten the extra bonus ;)
Also, Alexei will receive my code for free. I don't count my time
either. So, actually, I can only loose, but Alexei will always win.
And, when you count the time, that Alexei could save with that
documentation ...
Besides this, Alexei has made some strong claims, so he should be
able to hold a (not too) high bet.

You are right, that really is unfair. So I change the champagne to
excellent Russian vodka.
Alexei, please don't feel offended. I just thought this long thread
could need some fun. I really think, that you do understand the FPU
well, and it ain't easy two write x87 FPU code in assembler. But gcc
isn't that bad with floating point code either.
Also feel free to suggest level III.
Even if you don't hold the bet, I will share my ideas about that
texture mapping function, and you will receive my "bonus pack".
