There are two entirely separate issues in this question:
1) Sending some data to the printer
2) Constructing the data so they do what you want
Only 1) is really on-topic in this newsgroup, I think. The answer in a
nutshell could be as simple as 'write them to the stdprn stream'.
For information about 2), you'll have to tell what type of printer you
need it for, and ask the question again in another newsgroup that
deals with printer low-level programming, I think.
