You should post those two lines. Please copy and paste them and don't type 
them again. You should also post the output of the set-command: just type 
set > somefile at the dos prompt. And tell us, which directory you installed 
djgpp to.
There are several reasons for this kind of error, and the info you give just 
isn't enough.
