Questions about the functioning of the news group and/or its email 
gateway should be sent to DJ Delorie, rather than posted here (they are 
off-topic).

I'm guessing that DJ's server, which suffered several connectivity 
problems last week, is now resending some of the messages that are still 
in its queue.
