Did you read section 7.2 of the DJGPP FAQ list?  If not, please do: it might
give you a few ideas.

If the FAQ doesn't help, post the compilation/link speed (how much time does
it take), and the usual details about your system setup (hardware, software,
AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS, etc.)
