"Anthony Graham" <E_MAIL_Anthony AT FonzyCo DOT co DOT uk> proclaimed: > thanks anyway, the reason was the code i'm doing is for a school project and > i really should understand what it's doing and i dont get how dpmi works There's a video information (actually most of VESAINFO.C ported to 16-bit) that I have on my site. Check that up. It doesn't use DPMI or protected mode. http://www.midpec.com/software/dos/utils/sysi112s.zip But this package has lots of other stuff as well. Check the sysinfo/video directory.
