It says that bioskey is totally unportable.

The only reason I'm trying to use djgpp instead of MS VC++ is that I
want the same code to compile under Windows/DOS and UNIX. I expect
everything in my program to be staight ANSI C++ except for
this "character reading w/o '\n'" part. So please somebody tell me how
to do it.
