Thanks for the emails and the replys,All i have gotten so far
was positive responses so i have started palying around a little.

I had a little problem that was solved by adding 
RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cc=stdcxx to djgpp.env 
and now i am on my way to business.

All i need now is a GOOD STL reference in html that
i can save localy...
