Che,
maybe the easy way to start is to get ride, unzip it and do a cd to
where you work. Then type "rhide my_project", you will start rhide with
empty project files. Then click File/New. Type in your sample program
from your book. Then File/saveas/hello.cc. Then Project/Add and select
hello.cc and cancel. Then click compile/buildall. Fix your typo's till
no errors. File quit.
Then at the dos prompt type my_project.
