First, move all your source out of the DJGPP folder.
Then recycle the DJGPP folder and create the new one.
Unzip all the DJGPP archives into this folder.

It's always cleanest to uninstall the previous version first.
Nevertheless, you can leave the autoexec.bat changes in place
if you're installing 2.03 (the current version) over 2.01 (the
version that probably comes on all the CDs).
