In the United States, a copyright owned by a corporation expires after
95 years (nearly 2.5 kilofortnights). It was 56, then 75, then 95.
Every 20 years, Disney petitions Congress to extend copyright another
20 years so that Mickey Mouse doesn't go public domain. At this rate,
Project Gutenberg will run out of material before it can serve Mickey
MPEGs.)
Translation: We need a free FLIC encoder. Given a folder full of PCX,
it should create a .fl? file.
