I think you'll find that copyright lasts considerably longer than 15
years.
In the UK, it's 70 years -AFTER- the person/company has ceased to be,
and
I'd be very surprised if it's much less than that in other countries.
That said, I got my copy from a cover disk on PC Home magazine in 1994.
